Crystal Dynamics confirms: Lara Croft Models Will "Never Happen Again"; Origin Story Movie Will

Speaking to Kotaku, Crystal Dynamics Global Brand Manager Karl Stewart confirms that Lara Croft models will NEVER happen again.

"That will never happen again," he says. "We want to create a visceral experience. We want people to look at Lara and see the psychological aspect of her character."

Karl Stewart also talked about the upcoming new movie. While the movie won't be a recreation of the game's story, it will be one inspired by the new vision of Lara as a young woman shipwrecked on an island.
