Collider called the series a “satisfying and emotional adventure,” while CBR declared it “a fabulous artifact to add to Lara's collection.” And we’re thrilled to announce that Season 2 is confirmed!

TR28, the fourth annual unofficial Tomb Raider fan event, took place earlier this month in Derby, England, and was another smashing success! To kick the day off, two exclusive Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered screenshots were unveiled by annual event organizer Luke Earle, followed by a panel with Alison Carroll, the official Lara Croft model for Tomb Raider: Underworld, who shared her experiences embodying such an iconic character.

After the first panel, composer Peter Connelly delivered a live performance of his famous track "Jeep Thrills" from Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, accompanied by Michael Edwards on guitar. Later, Raidercast interviewed Jonell Elliott, the voice of Lara Croft for Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Chronicles, and The Angel of Darkness, and surprise guest Judith Gibbins, who voiced Lara in Tomb Raider II and III.

The next panel featured a fascinating deep dive into the archaeology of Tomb Raider, presented by Christopher Lowman, who explored what the classic games got right about archaeology, along with a few imaginative liberties they took along the way. In the final panel, games journalist and “The Making of Tomb Raider” author Daryl Baxter interviewed developers from Core Design about their work on Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation. Andy Sandham (story, script, and level designer), Peter Barnard (FMV sequences), and Tom Scutt (AI programmer) reflected on the long hours spent developing the game, and the challenge of incorporating Lara's mentor, Werner Von Croy, into the gameplay.
